About us

Terraform (ter-ə-ˌfȯrm): The process of drastically transforming a hostile environment unsuitable for life to a utopia where life can thrive

Terraform was created out of the realization that healthcare is complex and difficult to follow. Organizing and automating simple, mundane health regimen can lead to significantly better health outcomes.

Everyday,
we all hear phrases like:

Did you take your medicines?
It has been 3 months, you should undergo your periodic checkups
What was your Blood Sugar the last time you had headache?
What was your Blood Pressure when you felt dizzy?
Did you drink enough water today?

All these simple questions that we should have answers to but due to our chaotic and busy lives we never have the time to register our activities.

Our goal is to organize and automate your healthcare regimen with as little intervention from you as possible.

Our Inspiration

I truly understood the value of organizing and automating this basic healthcare regimen when the nurse at one of the best hospitals in India forgot to give my father his painkillers after a CABG operation. Since he was intubated and could not talk, he withered in pain all night. That moment, I realized that automation and organization is not just about saving on costs, but it could genuinely have a major impact that would lead to better health outcomes.

The Team

Samved Vora

I have literally lived in a hospital for 10 years of my life as my father built it. I have been around patients in the OPD, ICU and ICCU since I can remember. That experience has left an indelible impression on how critically healthcare can impact people.

Dr. Deepak Vora

I have dedicated my life to serving people. I have always believed that personal care is the difference in good patient-doctor relationship. With the level of stress and information people of consuming everyday, they forget to take care of themselves. I am convinced that the little loving nudges help people be more cognizant of their health.
